1. Copyright Infringement Notice

If you are a copyright owner or an agent thereof and believe that any content on our site infringes upon your copyrights, you may submit a notification pursuant to the DMCA by providing our Copyright Agent with the following information in writing:

• A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (e.g., a link to your original design).
• Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and that is to be removed (e.g., the product URL on Babysteinbach).
• Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you, such as an address, telephone number, and an email address.
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner.
• A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

2. Our Protection of Content

All custom designs, including but not limited to our Self-Affirmation T-Shirts, Black Hat collection, and Mom & Kids Collection graphics, are the exclusive property of Babysteinbach. We actively monitor the web for unauthorized use of our intellectual property and will take necessary legal actions to protect our brand assets.

3. Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content that was removed is not infringing, or that you have the authorization from the copyright owner, you may send a counter-notice containing the necessary legal details to our support email. Babysteinbach reserves the right to reinstate removed content if a valid counter-notification is processed.

4. Repeat Infringers

It is our policy in appropriate circumstances to disable and/or terminate the accounts of users or partners who repeatedly infringe or are repeatedly charged with infringing the copyrights or other intellectual property rights of others.
